Community development professional. She started to develop slow.HR methodology in 2013 - a method that she thinks could be unique in finding and retaining talents at IT startups.

She mostly organizes and manages consulting, assessing and improving processes, training, community conflict management and organisational development type of work processes, in the world of both for-profit and non-profit organisations. Her work is driven by the values of community, participation and solidarity, and characterized by an utmost respect for partners motivated towards positive changes, as well as an acceptance of the unpredictable nature of changes. Currently, she lives in Budapest with her family.

She is an associate of Skawa Innovations, Foresee Research Group, Roots and Wings Foundation, former chairwoman of the Ferencváros Community Foundation, a driving force behind the promotion of community foundations in Hungary, Supervisory Board member of the National Association of Community Development and the Hungarian partner of the European Community Development Network (EuCDN).
